Return Policy
I understand that if I am not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receipt of my initial order, Natural Herbal Products, LLC, will upon my written e-mail request, refund 100% of the amount charged to my credit card less the cost of shipping. If my initial order was for a 90 day supply, where shipping was free, then I understand that there will be a 20% shipping and handling fee deducted from the amount refunded. Further, I agree to return, at my expense, any unopened product on 60 and 90 day orders prior to my refund being issued. I further understand that I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST, of the date of order. For orders placed after 4:00pm EST, I may cancel my order by 4:00pm EST of the following day.
